Cancellation Policy

If you begin an eligible 7-day free trial, you must cancel before the trial expires to avoid being charged.

If the trial is not canceled in time, the selected monthly or annual plan automatically begins.

Canceling a paid subscription:

• stops future automatic renewal
• does not ordinarily reverse a charge already processed
• allows access through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated
• does not provide prorated credit for unused time

Annual subscriptions remain active through the end of the paid annual term after cancellation.

Unused months are not prorated or refunded except where required by law or expressly approved under the Refund Policy.

Founding Access pricing remains locked only while the subscription remains continuously active.

Cancellation, expiration, payment failure resulting in termination, or other loss of the subscription may permanently end eligibility for the locked founding rate.

A returning customer will be subject to the then-current available pricing.

Once public subscriptions are enabled, cancellation instructions will be available inside the OhhMy account or billing area.
