Data Deletion Policy

OhhMy allows users to request deletion of eligible account and platform data.
What May Be Deleted
Depending on the request and legal obligations, deletion may include:
- account profile information
- Brand Hub data
- content items
- campaigns
- calendar entries
- uploaded brand assets
- stored social-platform connection information
- other account-associated information
Connected Social Accounts
Users may disconnect supported social accounts from within OhhMy where available.
Users may also revoke OhhMy permissions directly through the applicable third-party platform.
Revoking access stops future authorized access but does not necessarily delete information already stored within OhhMy.
Requesting Account Deletion
To request deletion, contact:
Subject: OhhMy Data Deletion Request
Include the email address associated with the OhhMy account.
We may take reasonable steps to verify account ownership before processing the request.
Information We May Retain
Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for:
- legal obligations
- financial and tax records
- fraud prevention
- security
- dispute resolution
- enforcement of agreements
- backup integrity
Information retained for these purposes will not be used for unrelated purposes.
Third-Party Services
Deleting information from OhhMy does not automatically delete information independently held by connected social networks or other third-party providers.
Users may need to contact those providers separately.
